Aeday is a subscription for representation on IRS and state notices. It is not a promise of an outcome. What the IRS or a state agency decides in any matter depends on that matter: the notice, the tax years it covers, the records available, and the deadlines involved. We do not guarantee that a notice will be resolved in your favor, that an amount assessed will be reduced, or that any matter will close within a particular time. Penalties and interest continue to accrue on any amount you owe until it is paid.

What Aeday is, and is not

Aeday is independent from the IRS and from every state tax agency. Aeday does not assume your tax liability, does not make payments to a taxing authority on your behalf, and does not prepare or file returns. Aeday is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, and does not represent members in Tax Court or any other court. Its practitioners represent members before the IRS under Treasury Circular 230.
